
We were asked by the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) to develop a Master Plan Strategy that would provide a guide map for the sustainable improvement of their Sports Visitor Centre in Canberra. In essence the SVC provides the public face of both the AIS and, by default, the Australian Sports Commission. As such it will contribute to the overall public impression of the nature, focus and performance of these entities.
We determined a program of short, medium and long term strategies whose over-arching aim was to increase the quality of interaction with the venue, significantly improve the quality of visitor experience and upgrade the visual impression of the venue and it operations.
